Restorative yoga is a quiet, meditative practice.
It is very gentle on the body and requires absolutely no previous knowledge of yoga.
We take our time to find deeply restful versions of yoga asana (poses), allowing space for the body & mind to journey inwards and ease into a restful state.
This can be profoundly supportive and healing for overstimulated nervous systems.

The class combines a thoughtful mix of gentle yoga inspired movement, breathwork, restorative yoga asana, relaxation techniques and yoga nidra (The Yogic Sleep).
The next set of 6 classes will be created with deep nervous system regulation in mind. Each class will have a theme and will be benefitial on their own. However if you can commit to all 6 then this will deepen the benefit as your body and mind learn to trust in the process. (More Information will be posted here soon)
No previous knowledge of yoga required. No pretzel poses will be attempted!
