At Space for Wellbeing, I offer Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping based coaching as a practice that can help calm the nervous system.
Creating space for you to begin to process your unique challenges and move towards recovering physically and emotionally from long held stress. I offer this as another grounding tool to help gently reduce the anxiety and stress that parenting children who need a lot of hand holding can induce.
This is your space to be held and explore what you might need to help you feel supported.
